Job summary

Fiserv is seeking an AI GRC Architect to own the enterprise AI governance architecture roadmap and implement controls across OneTrust and GRC platforms. Translate policy into scalable technical controls with lifecycle gates and evidence models across business units.

You will define target-state architecture for AI intake, risk tiering, control mapping, approvals, monitoring, and audit-ready traceability, partnering with risk, legal, and engineering to scale designs from pilot to production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of governance, risk, compliance, cybersecurity engineering or similar in complex enterprises.
• 5+ years in enterprise architecture or senior engineering roles delivering security/GRC platforms at scale.
• Experience designing enterprise AI governance or model risk lifecycle controls from policy to tech implementation.
• Strong integration engineering: REST APIs, OAuth, reliability patterns, production-grade resilience.
• Proficient in software/scripting (Python, JavaScript) and API-driven automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise architecture for AI Governance and Cyber GRC workflows, with standardized risk/control/evidence models.
• Own end-to-end AI governance lifecycle: intake, classification, risk tiering, review gates, exceptions, monitoring.
• Translate policy/regs into technical control patterns and reusable blueprints for UAT/production.
• Design and govern API integrations across OneTrust, Archer, and enterprise systems ( SaaS-to-on-premise, hybrid).
• Establish role-based access segmentation to enforce least-privilege and scalable governance.
• Lead architecture decisions for automation, error handling, observability, incident response, and production support readiness.
• Chair cross-functional reviews and influence risk/compliance/engineering decisions on control design.
• Mentor engineers and analysts through architecture standards and playbooks.
