Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Governance Architect to establish enterprise-wide AI governance capabilities for a leading financial services organization.

You will define governance frameworks, build an AI Registry, govern AI agents and applications, and design evaluation frameworks to ensure responsible, compliant, scalable AI adoption across the enterprise. The ideal candidate combines expertise in enterprise architecture, risk management, and regulatory needs with

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing AI Governance or Model Governance frameworks.
• Experience building enterprise inventories, asset registries, or catalog solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and AI Risk Management.
• Hands-on experience with evaluation methodologies for LLMs, AI agents, and GenAI applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI Governance strategy, operating model, standards and controls.
• Build and manage an enterprise AI Registry/inventory across agents, models, tools, and apps.
• Govern AI agents and multi-agent ecosystems with auditability and explainability.
• Design enterprise AI Evaluation Frameworks for testing, bias, and performance.
• Lead risk, compliance and governance efforts with senior leadership.
