Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc. seeks an AI Governance Architect to establish enterprise-wide governance for AI models, agents, and GenAI apps in a financial services context. You will create policy, lifecycle controls, and risk processes while coordinating with Risk, Compliance, Security, Legal, and Data teams.

The role spans registry design, governance platforms, and production deployment standards. The ideal candidate combines enterprise architecture expertise with deep knowledge of Claude LLM, OpenAI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture or Technology Governance.
• 5+ years designing AI governance or model governance frameworks.
• Experience building inventories, registries, or catalog solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, risk management, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the enterprise AI governance strategy and operating model.
• Build and manage an enterprise AI Registry and inventory for agents, apps, and tools.
• Govern agentic AI systems with auditability, explainability, and oversight.
• Design and run enterprise AI evaluation and testing frameworks.
• Provide risk, compliance, and architecture governance across platforms (Claude, OpenAI, AWS etc.).
• LeadStakeholder engagement and present governance roadmaps to leadership.
