Job summary

Tinder is looking for a Principal AI Learning & Enablement Partner in Los Angeles. This role focuses on accelerating AI adoption across the organization by partnering with leaders, developing a strategic learning roadmap, and delivering hands-on training. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in AI or related fields and a proven track record in driving change. This position will require onsite presence in Los Angeles 3 days a week.
