Epsilon is seeking an AI Engineer to build and scale AI-powered capabilities across the Corporate Intelligence Platform (CIP) within Enterprise Business Systems. You will operationalize AI-driven features that make data intuitive, intelligent, and accessible to business users through natural language interfaces while ensuring accuracy, governance, and alignment with business definitions and metrics.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience building machine learning, AI-driven, or generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, software engineering, statistics, and data structures.
• Proficiency in Python and production-grade software engineering practices.
• Experience with prompts design for reliable AI outcomes.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, vector search, and conversational AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.
• Build AI-driven interfaces that enable users to query CIP data through natural language prompts and receive structured, business-aligned responses.
• Develop conversational AI and Genie-style experiences integrated with curated datasets, metrics layers, and business semantic models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to embed AI capabilities into internal platforms.
