Job summary

Epsilon’s AI Engineer role within the Corporate Intelligence Platform (CIP) in Enterprise Business Systems focuses on operationalizing AI to make enterprise data intuitive, trusted, and actionable. You will build AI-powered experiences and interfaces enabling business users to query CIP data via natural language and receive governance-backed, business-aligned insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building ML/AI or GenAI solutions in production.
• Strong foundation in ML, software engineering, statistics, and data structures.
• Proficiency in Python and production-grade software engineering practices.
• Experience designing and optimizing prompts for reliable AI outcomes.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, vector search, agent-based architectures, and conversational AI.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks.
• Understanding of data models, metrics, semantic layers, and data governance.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails, validation frameworks, and security controls.
• Ability to work across the full AI lifecycle from data to deployment and monitoring.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product managers, analysts, engineers, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that are scalable and production-ready.
• Build AI-driven interfaces that query CIP data via natural language with structured responses.
• Develop conversational AI and Genie-style experiences with curated datasets and semantic models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into internal platforms.
• Contribute to GenAI and LLM solutions using prompt engineering and RAG.
