Job summary

Epsilon is seeking an AI Engineer to help build and scale AI-powered capabilities within the Corporate Intelligence Platform (CIP). You will enable business users to interact with data via natural language, design GM-driven experiences, and ensure outputs are accurate and governed.

The role includes working with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and enterprise analytics across data platforms. The ideal candidate has 4+ years building ML or AI solutions, strong Python skills, and experience with cloud platforms

Qualifications

• 4+ years building ML, AI-driven, or generative AI solutions in production.
• Strong foundation in ML, software engineering, statistics and data structures.
• Proficiency in Python and production-grade software practices.
• Experience with prompt design for reliable AI outcomes.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, vector search, and conversational AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions for CIP.
• Build natural language interfaces to query CIP data and deliver business-aligned responses.
• Develop AI governance, guardrails, and security controls for enterprise use.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to enable AI-enabled workflows.
