Job summary

Epsilon is seeking an AI Engineer to build and scale AI-powered capabilities within the Corporate Intelligence Platform (CIP). You will enable business users to query data with natural language while ensuring outputs are accurate, governed, and aligned with metrics.

You''ll work on generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise analytics, collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive adoption and deliver impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building ML/AI or generative AI in production.
• Strong foundation in ML, software engineering, statistics, and data structures.
• Proficiency in Python and production-grade software practices.
• Experience designing and optimizing prompts for reliable AI outcomes.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, vector search, and conversational AI.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP/Databricks.
• Understanding of data models, metrics, semantics, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.
• Build AI-driven interfaces enabling natural language querying of CIP data with business-aligned responses.
• Develop conversational AI and Genie-style experiences integrated with datasets and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to embed AI into internal platforms.
• Contribute to generative AI and LLM solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, and model fine-tuning techniques.
• Design prompt frameworks and reusable patterns for enterprise analytics and product intelligence use cases.
• Implement guardrails for safe, accurate, compliant AI responses and enforce data access controls.
• Partner with product, analytics, and engineering teams to create intuitive AI-powered experiences.
• Support training, documentation, and adoption of enterprise AI capabilities.
