Job summary

Accenture seeks a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows within client environments. You will integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and enterprise systems like SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, delivering end-to-end AI solutions with a strong emphasis on security and governance.

Role requires deep engineering expertise, client-facing communication, and the ability to work across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience (Python, TS/JS, Java)
• 2+ years of AI/ML platform experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
• Experience with workflow orchestration and agent frameworks
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP)
• 10+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large orgs
• 10+ years client-facing communication and delivery under ambiguity
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (12 years) work exp

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and teams to define AI use cases and technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations.
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders for value delivery.
• Own solution architecture including prompts, API integrations, and governance.
• Provide technical leadership for secure, scalable AI deployment.
