Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java)
• 10+ years translating high-level business needs into concrete technical designs
• 2+ years experience with AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic
• Workflow orchestration and agent frameworks experience
• Enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP) experience
• 10+ years client-facing communication and collaboration experience
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (or 12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions — often from evolving requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs and AI services with enterprise platforms.
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations into real operational environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
• Drive solution architecture: prompt and workflow design, API integrations, enterprise knowledge integration, security considerations.
• Own solutions from concept through production iteration, ensuring quality, reliability and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for secure, scalable AI deployment.
