Qualifications

Experience designing deterministic workflows and AI agent orchestration in enterprise contexts.
Proficiency with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems integration.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners and platform teams to define technical requirements.
Design, develop, and deploy intelligent employee experiences using conversational AI and generative AI capabilities.
Build deterministic workflows, automations, and reusable orchestration components across domains.
Design and implement agentic solutions leveraging LLMs, retrieval systems, tool calling, and autonomous task execution.
Develop prompt frameworks and orchestration patterns for scalable AI capabilities.
Integrate AI with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, messaging frameworks, and knowledge repositories.
Support Model Context Protocol integrations for secure access to tools and data.
Evaluate use cases to choose deterministic, LLM orchestration, AI agents, or hybrid approaches.
Perform testing, observability, and troubleshooting for both traditional workflows and AI-based systems.
Monitor and optimize AI solutions for quality, reliability, and user experience.
