Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Pennington, NJ is seeking a Cognitive Linguist/Engineer to design and build a virtual assistant that integrates with systems and focuses on user experience. You will work across web, mobile, and voice channels leveraging AI and ML to improve the assistant’s capabilities.
You will collaborate with data scientists, product owners, UX researchers, and engineers to craft the next generation brain of the virtual assistant, while developing datasets and telemetry
Formación
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with AI/ML is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Understand the intent portfolio for NLU across domains and map to conversation design for web, mobile, and voice channels.
- Identify and build datasets to train/test models for intent classification and speech recognition.
- Develop tools and telemetry to measure/monitor accuracy and performance and update models throughout development lifecycle.
- Develop disambiguating and error handling strategies as the virtual assistant scales.
- Monitor conversations to identify underperforming content and improve performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, UX researchers, and engineers to build the virtual assistant brain.
