Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior AI/engineering leader to help build and scale an enterprise AI center focused on Oracle. You will advance knowledge-repository capabilities, deploy MCP servers, and enable AI-driven sales assets across client engagements.

You will bridge technical and business conversations, mentor teams, and help shape the Accenture-Oracle alliance while traveling as needed to client sites and delivery hubs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise technology.
• Minimum 1 year in hybrid retrieval systems and context engineering.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems (Claude/Anthropic).
• Experience with MCP servers, agentic harness frameworks, or tool-use orchestration.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks or quality gates for AI outputs.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 12 years' work experience, or 6 years with Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Knowledge Repository — a multi-tenant enterprise knowledge platform built on Oracle 23ai, powering intelligent search and document retrieval at scale
• Build and extend MCP server infrastructure — our federated Model Context Protocol network across Oracle product lines, including retrieval pipelines and evaluation frameworks
• Accelerate AI-assisted sales pursuits — helping sales teams win faster with AI-generated content, live demo agents, and intelligent presentation assets
• Serve as an Anthropic / AI coding agent SME across internal teams and client-facing engagements
• Partner with solution architects, sales, and delivery teams to embed AI across the Accenture-Oracle alliance
