Job summary

Accenture's Oracle Business Group AI Center of Excellence is building real production-grade AI products across 27 Oracle knowledge servers and nearly 1 million documents. Founding team hires will shape culture, systems, and trajectory of work, with travel 0–100% as needed.

The role requires deep AI/system engineering with client-facing capabilities. You will contribute to a federated knowledge platform, extend MCP server infrastructure, and accelerate AI-assisted sales pursuits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise tech.
• At least 1 year in hybrid retrieval systems and context engineering.
• At least 1 year building/deploying agentic AI systems (Claude/Anthropic).
• Experience with MCP servers or tool-use orchestration.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Knowledge Repository on Oracle 23ai for enterprise search at scale.
• Build and extend MCP server infrastructure across Oracle product lines.
• Accelerate AI-assisted sales with AI-generated content and assets.
• Serve as Anthropic/AI coding agent SME across internal/client engagements.
• Partner with solution architects, sales, and delivery teams to embed AI across Accenture-Oracle.
