Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise technology.
• Minimum of 1 year with hybrid retrieval systems and context engineering as the layer for reliable agents.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems (Claude/Anthropic or equivalent).
• Experience with MCP servers, agentic harness frameworks, or tool‑use orchestration.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks or quality gates for AI system output.
• Able to translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Knowledge Repository—an enterprise platform for AI and document retrieval at scale.
• Build and extend MCP server infrastructure across Oracle product lines.
• Accelerate AI-assisted sales pursuits with AI-generated content and demos.
• Serve as an Anthropic/AI coding agent SME across teams and client engagements.
• Partner with solution architects, sales, and delivery to embed AI across the Accenture‑Oracle alliance.
