Join Hodge Company as an AI Enablement Strategist where you will drive enterprise AI strategy and foster a culture of responsible artificial intelligence. Based in Dubuque, Iowa, this on-site role empowers teams across various departments to unlock measurable business value through AI and automation.

In this position, you will lead discovery and prioritization efforts, staff the AI Steering Committee, and collaborate with executive leadership to ensure effective AI adoption. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years leading process improvement or transformation work.
• Knowledge of large language models and AI capabilities.
• Ability to present to executives and adapt technical concepts for business.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders on responsible AI use and build enterprise AI literacy.
• Revive and chair the AI Champion Group for cultural adoption.
• Staff the AI Steering Committee and provide prioritization recommendations.
• Identify process discovery and automation opportunities.
• Own intake and prioritization of automation initiatives.
• Standardize reporting on savings and quality improvements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews for initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments for strategic alignment.
• Promote a safety-first culture in the workplace.
• Model HODGE core values in all interactions.
