You will bridge business strategy with technical execution, driving scalable, governance-conscious automation across enterprise systems. The role emphasizes high ownership, high visibility, and significant impact on how People operations evolve.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise technology, AI enablement, automation, or related technical roles.
• Strong experience translating complex business and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Hands-on with APIs, integrations, scripting, SQL/data querying, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation in an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of software delivery and production lifecycle concepts, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflows where AI-enabled automation improves user experience, scalability, and accuracy.
• Evaluate opportunities based on leverage, value, complexity, risk, governance, and impact.
• Build a prioritized backlog and roadmap of AI deployment tied to KPIs and outcomes.
• Map data flows across Workday, ServiceNow, People EDW, collaboration and project tools.
