INSPYR Solutions is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer in Dallas, TX for a direct-hire role. You will act as the technical enablement interface between enterprise AI platforms and business units, driving scalable adoption, usage, and value realization of generative AI and intelligent productivity tools.

The role emphasizes enablement, documentation, and guidance rather than development, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, roadmaps, training, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in technical enablement, platform adoption, systems analysis, or digital transformation roles.
Experience working in Azure, Databricks and Google native services and environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.

Responsibilities

Design and execute technical onboarding frameworks for enterprise AI platforms and create usage guides and manuals.
Partner with technology, architecture, data, and business teams to integrate AI capabilities into workflows.
Track evolving platform capabilities and translate roadmaps into internal adoption plans.
Build and maintain best-practice repositories, including prompts and workflow templates.
Define and monitor AI adoption metrics and measure value realization.
