Job summary

Scotiabank in Dallas seeks an AI Enablement Engineer to bridge enterprise AI platforms and business workflows. You will design onboarding, create usage guides, and collaborate with technology, architecture, data and business teams to embed AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience in technical enablement or platform adoption.
Experience with enterprise AI platforms and governance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design onboarding frameworks for enterprise AI platforms and create usage guides.
Produce enablement artifacts and integrate AI capabilities into workflows.
Collaborate with technology, architecture, data, and business teams.
Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation to improve efficiency.
Lead discovery sessions to capture requirements for AI-enabled workflows.
Provide ongoing training and knowledge enablement to users.
