Job summary

Careerscape is hiring for a client-facing, on-site role based in New York or San Francisco. You will own enterprise deployments end to end, serving as the executive contact for high-value accounts and translating complex business processes into AI agent workflows with engineers.

The role requires 1–3 years in a client-facing position implementing software for enterprise customers, plus strong English communication and a technical background with LLMs, APIs, JSON, SQL, Excel, and SaaS tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a client-facing role implementing software for enterprise customers.
• Executive presence with regular exposure to VP/C-suite stakeholders.
• Technical acumen across LLMs, APIs, JSON, SQL and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise deployments end to end from discovery to go-live.
• Serve as executive point of contact for high-value accounts.
• Translate business processes into AI agent workflows with engineers.
• Manage 1–3 concurrent accounts with varying timelines.
• Travel about 30% for customer milestones.
