Job summary

ChapsVision in New York, NY is seeking a Project Manager on our Professional Services team to drive enterprise implementations of our AI-powered search platform across multiple accounts. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage timelines, remove blockers, and ensure adoption beyond go-live.

You will collaborate with solution engineers, product managers, data science, IT, and business stakeholders across US and Europe, translating technical detail into executive‑level outcomes in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

4+ years of project management experience in enterprise software delivery.
Delivered at least one complex enterprise engagement end-to-end.
Coordinated cross-functional and offshore teams across time zones.
Fluent with Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication to technical and business audiences.
Able to track blockers without solving them personally.
Proficient with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence, MS Project).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery on assigned customer accounts.
Turn engagement goals into weekly delivery plans with milestones and owners.
Lead standups, sprint planning, and delivery cadences across onshore and offshore teams.
Track dependencies, risks, and blockers, and drive each one to resolution or escalation.
Coordinate delivery across US and European teams and time zones.
Prepare and help run status updates and QBRs with stakeholders.
Translate technical detail into executive-level reporting.
