Job summary

Blackstone seeks a seasoned enterprise AI leader to drive the AI use-case pipeline and pilot programs within BXTI, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions across the firm. You will collaborate with product, governance, and vendor teams to deliver measurable value and enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product operations, program management, technology, or related field.
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity and manage priorities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to synthesize data into executive recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience building or managing enterprise AI, automation, analytics, or workflow solutions; Power Platform/Copilot Studio preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage, and execute against the Enterprise AI use case pipeline.
• Lead priority AI pilots with business and technology partners.
• Translate successful AI use cases into scalable playbooks, workflows, and enablement materials.
• Synthesize adoption, usage, feedback, and business impact data into executive-ready insights.
• Partner with product, platform, governance, and vendor teams to resolve issues and improve the AI delivery model.
• Support the evolution of Blackstone’s enterprise AI operating model across the firm.
