BXCI AI identifies and responds to AI-driven disruption risk across the BXCI portfolio, working directly with portfolio company leadership to assess competitive exposure and develop strategies for long-term viability.
This position is the primary technical partner to the BXCI AI Operating team across the full engagement lifecycle—from initial assessment through strategy development, partner selection, and hands‑on execution. The right candidate is a builder with strong business instincts, deep fluency in the modern AI stack, and the ability to form rapid, defensible opinions about unfamiliar technical systems.
Expected annual base salary range: $215,000–$250,000. Additional compensation and benefits include comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA), paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, discretionary bonuses, and potential equity and incentive compensation at Blackstone’s discretion.
