Job summary

Elios AI seeks a Forward Deployed Specialist to embed with enterprise accounts, map workflows, and design the fit-for-purpose AI solution. You will build and ship LLM-powered applications, integrating with complex systems and data stores across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong Python and API/systems fundamentals.
• Experience deploying and operating on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to map workflows, data, and constraints and design an integrated solution.
• Build and ship LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows across retrieval, tool integration, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Wire into customer systems including legacy APIs, on‑prem data stores, SSO, and enterprise authentication.
• Run the technical side of pilots and expansions, from workshops through production cutover.
• Write evaluations to determine if a system is ready to hand over.
• Translate between customer business language and engineering, earning trust on both sides.
• Provide feedback to product to reduce deployment heroics and improve platform usability.
• Handle security reviews, data handling requirements, and procurement questions without stalling the build.
