Job summary

Elios AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Specialist to embed with enterprise customers and translate their workflows into production software. You will design integrations, build LLM-powered apps, and drive implementations across data, tooling, and security reviews.

Expect direct customer interaction and close collaboration with product for scalable deployments. You will operate in complex, regulated environments, handling data considerations, auth, and capability delivery while ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong Python and API and systems fundamentals.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to map workflows, data and constraints.
• Build and ship LLM-powered apps and agentic workflows across retrieval, tool integration, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Wire into customer systems including legacy APIs, on-prem data stores, SSO and enterprise auth.
• Run the technical side of pilots and expansions from workshop to production cutover.
• Write evals to assess whether a system is ready for handover.
• Translate between customer business language and engineering teams.
