Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced IMT SC Lead for the Large Program AI and Data Platforms, located in Titusville, NJ. You will oversee design, development, and governance of AI-enabled products and data platforms across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with SAP Joule and SAP BDC within the IMSC ecosystem.

Responsibilities include leading architecture, SDLC, DevOps, and cross-functional collaboration, with emphasis on responsible AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 3 years in SAP, AI, Data and Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BDC, SAP BTP and Integration suite.
• Practical experience delivering Agentic AI solutions using SAP Joule and/or Microsoft Copilot.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and manage AI-enabled enterprise platforms and data platforms.
• Lead requirements analysis and translate needs into scalable architectures.
• Govern solution structures, interfaces, and non-functional requirements across complex landscapes.
• Oversee SDLC, DevOps, testing, deployment, and ongoing platform governance.
