Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks an IMT SC Lead for the Large Program AI and Data Platform, based in Titusville, NJ. You will oversee design, development, testing, deployment and management of enterprise AI products and data platforms across the IMSC ecosystem, driving measurable outcomes with governance and innovation.

Lead multi-family teams, align AI capabilities with data maturity, and define platform strategy in partnership with enterprise architecture and business AI leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with 3+ years in SAP, AI, Data & Analytics
• Hands-on experience with SAP BDC, SAP BTP and Integration Suite
• Practical experience delivering AI solutions using SAP Joule and/or Microsoft Copilot
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and manage technology products and platforms, including AI/data platforms and enterprise applications
• Lead requirements analysis and translate needs into scalable architectures
• Define and govern solution structures, interfaces, and non-functional requirements
• Oversee SDLC, DevOps practices, and change management for iterative delivery
• Ensure deployment, maintenance, and evolution of applications and platforms
