Smart4 Cloud Limited is seeking a client-facing Business Analyst to drive AI and CX transformation using Google Gemini Enterprise. This remote role supports US enterprise engagements on a fractional, 6+ month contract with 20–40 hours per week.

You’ll own workshops, capture requirements, map processes, write user stories and help bridge business needs with AI-enabled solutions across Google Cloud ecosystems.

Strong facilitation and communication with stakeholders are essential.

Formación

• Experience with Google Gemini Enterprise for CX and AI; enterprise AI projects a must.
• End-to-end business analysis experience including requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT.
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technology outcomes.

• Develop and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria; support testing and UAT.

We're Hiring: Business Analyst – Google Gemini Enterprise & AI/CX

Remote | Anywhere in the USA

Contract / Fractional | 6+ Months (TBC)

Potentially 20–40 Hours/Week (TBC)

I'm recruiting on behalf of an innovative AI-driven Customer Experience (CX) technology consultancy seeking an exceptional, client-facing Business Analyst to support enterprise AI and digital transformation engagements.

What we're looking for:

• Strong expertise in Google Gemini Enterprise App and Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (CX).
• Proven full-lifecycle Business Analysis experience across enterprise AI, Google Cloud, CX or digital transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional consultative presence — able to command an audience, lead customer workshops, facilitate requirements discussions and confidently challenge stakeholders.
• End-to-end Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, user stories, testing, UAT and end-user training.
• Strong semi-technical capabilities — able to bridge business and technical teams, translate customer requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions and support implementation and adoption.

This isn't a documentation-only BA role. We're looking for a confident technology consultant who can:
