Retell AI is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to deploy and scale AI voice agents for enterprise customers. You will be the technical partner, designing integrations, debugging production systems, and ensuring onboarding success through expansion.

This full-time role sits primarily in Redwood City with room for strong remote candidates who have deep customer-facing tech expertise and a background in software engineering, APIs, and AI deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Customer Success or as a Customer Success Engineer at a B2B software company.
• Strong technical problem-solving and API debugging experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Working Hours: US business hours in Pacific or Eastern Time with overlap.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Customer Deployments: lead technical onboarding and be the primary technical contact.
• Technical Consulting: build AI voice agents and design deployment strategies; troubleshoot deployments.
• Partner with Product & Engineering: identify product gaps and advocate for customers.
• Drive Customer Growth: identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption.
