Job summary

EvolutionIQ is hiring a Business Optimization Consultant to lead deployment, training and change management for AI Worker's Compensation Claims Guidance for Enterprise clients. You will partner with Sales, Client Services and Product to drive successful outcomes and become the SME across Claims Guidance and Operations.

You will shape the client experience from onboarding through deployment and beyond, delivering data-driven insights and scalable playbooks to scale end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Commercial Insurance, ideally with a focus on Worker’s Compensation.
• Proven success driving transformational change management at an enterprise organization.
• Track record of delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape the client experience from data onboarding through implementation and post deployment ramp up.
• Provide Product Expert guidance to clients and establish a Voice of Customer program.
• Plan Go to Market motions with Sales and Product teams and guide deployment best practices.
• Support data-driven change management and operational excellence with analytics teams.
• Build scalable processes to improve client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
