EvolutionIQ seeks a Business Optimization Consultant to lead deployment, training and change management for AI-driven workers' compensation claims guidance for enterprise clients in the US. You will partner across Sales, Client Services and Product to drive successful outcomes and establish best practices with executive stakeholders.

You will bring deep insurance domain knowledge, proven change management capabilities, and a data-driven mindset to shape client adoption, measure impact and scale

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Commercial Insurance with a focus on Worker's Compensation.
• Experience driving transformational change management in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, training and change management for AI Worker's Compensation Claims Guidance for Enterprise clients.
• Partner with Sales, Client Services and Product to ensure successful client outcomes.
• Provide expert delivery guidance on configuration, issue resolution and stakeholder management from executives to frontline staff.
• Develop playbooks and educate internal teams to scale end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Communicate complex product requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
