Job summary

EvolutionIQ is seeking a Business Optimization Consultant to lead deployment, training, and change management for AI Worker’s Compensation guidance for Enterprise clients. You will partner with Sales, Client Services and Product to drive outcomes and act as SME across Claims Guidance and Operations.

You will shape the client experience, provide strategic guidance, and help scale implementation cycles across multiple stakeholders in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Commercial Insurance with a focus on Worker's Compensation.
• Proven success driving transformational change management at an enterprise organization.
• Experience in insurance/healthcare consulting or as a vendor/advisor.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Shape the client experience from onboarding through implementation and post-deployment adoption.
• Provide expert guidance to sales and product teams as a trusted advisor to executives.
• Partner with Sales and Product Managers for go-to-market planning and best-practice configurations.
• Support data-driven change management and operational excellence with Strategy & Analytics teams.
• Build scalable playbooks and educate internal stakeholders for end-to-end implementations.
