Job summary

Astrik Marketplace, Inc. is seeking an AI Chatbot & Assistant Integration Engineer to design and implement an AI-powered assistant for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

You will integrate with APIs, databases, and product docs, while ensuring secure access, data isolation, and scalable performance. You will collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to plan, test, and deploy workflows that recognize intents, retrieve information, summarize data, and perform approved actions with

Qualifications

• Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or enterprise automation tools.
• Strong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and function calling.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, ERP, HRMS, CRM, finance or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS, RBAC, secure data handling, and permission-based retrieval.
• Backend integration skills and API-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an AI-powered assistant for a multi-tenant SaaS app.
• Integrate assistant with product docs, APIs, databases, and business data.
• Build workflows for intent recognition, retrieval-augmented generation, and function calling.
• Ensure accuracy, scalability, and cost-efficiency of the solution.
• Design safeguards for security, data isolation, and auditability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and business teams through planning to deployment.
• Create architecture and data-flow documentation.
