Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Principal Architect - AI to lead the enterprise AI architecture, governance, and platform direction. This role drives Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced intelligence capabilities across AWS and Azure, shaping the enterprise intelligence layer with a focus on security, ethics, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Ten (10+) years of enterprise architecture/platform architecture leadership, with GenAI, RAG and agentic AI experience.
• Proven executive-level governance and cross-LOB adoption within AWS/Azure environments; risk/compliance aware.
• Strong programming and data skills (Python, SQL) and lifecycle management of AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Owns and communicates the enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Chairs or co-leads executive architecture and AI governance forums with defined decision rights.
• Defines enterprise patterns for multi-agent orchestration, memory, tools, and lifecycle management; ensures auditable workflows.
• Partners with Security, Legal, Risk and Compliance to align AI initiatives with policy and governance objectives.
