Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Principal Architect of AI to lead the enterprise AI architecture strategy and governance. You will shape a multi-year roadmap for Generative AI, agentic systems, and knowledge platforms, ensuring secure, scalable adoption across lines of business and shared services.

You will chair governance forums, set design authorities, and partner with Cloud, Risk, and Compliance teams to align AI initiatives with enterprise policy and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in enterprise architecture or platform architecture.
• Experience leading GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI initiatives at scale.
• Demonstrated executive-level governance and cross-LOB adoption.

Responsibilities

• Owns enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Chairs AI governance forums and defines guardrails and decision rights.
• Defines patterns and platform capabilities for scalable AI adoption across AWS and Azure.
• Leads integration of AI with legacy systems and modern cloud services.
• Speaks to risk, compliance, and Responsible AI in executive engagements.
