Job summary

Sedgwick, a leader in risk and claims management, is seeking a Principal Architect to shape AI strategy and platform direction across the organization.

You will define the intelligence layer, govern agentic AI, and ensure secure, scalable AI across AWS and Azure, collaborating with architecture, risk, and lines of business. This role reports to Transformation Office and travels as required.

Strong leadership and technical depth in AI lifecycle are essential.

Qualifications

• Tenured experience in enterprise architecture for GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI.
• Proven track record leading AI governance and cross-LOB adoption.
• Strong cloud expertise in AWS and Azure with security and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise AI architecture strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead executive architecture forums and establish guardrails for AI initiatives.
• Drive scalable patterns for multi-agent orchestration and tool use.
• Partner with data, security, and platform teams to ensure compliant AI solutions.
