Job summary

Sedgwick seeks an AI Principal Architect to drive the enterprise AI architecture strategy and governance. This leader will define the vision for GenAI, agentic systems, and the intelligence layer across AWS and Azure, ensuring secure, scalable deployment and measurable business value.

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise architecture, risk governance, and cross-LOB collaboration to accelerate AI initiatives while ensuring compliance and operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Ten (10+) years of related, progressive experience in enterprise architecture, platform architecture, or large-scale solution architecture.
• Seven (7+) years leading delivery and/or architecture of GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI capabilities in complex environments.
• Demonstrated executive-level expertise with AWS AgentCore and Azure AI Agent Service.
• Experience establishing enterprise AI governance and driving cross-LOB adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Chair or co-lead AI governance forums and establish decision rights and guardrails.
• Lead the enterprise “intelligence layer” strategy and reusable platform patterns.
• Define patterns for multi-agent orchestration, memory, and human-in-the-loop controls.
