Job summary

Sedgwick seeks an AI Principal Architect to lead the enterprise AI strategy, governance, and platform direction. You will shape the intelligence layer, align with transformation priorities, and drive secure, scalable GenAI, agentic AI, and advanced analytics across cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

You will chair architecture governance, define reference architectures, and collaborate with risk, security, and LOB leaders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in AI, ML, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture or platform architecture.
• 7+ years leading GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Owns enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI architecture vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Chairs AI governance forums and defines guardrails and decision rights.
• Defines enterprise knowledge and platform capabilities for scalable AI adoption.
• Governs design, deployment, and lifecycle of agentic AI solutions across AWS/Azure.
• Leads cross‑LOB adoption, risk management, and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Represents the organization in executive AI engagements and Enterprise architecture communities.
