Navitus Health Solutions in Washington state is seeking an Architect, Enterprise AI to design and govern the organization’s AI architecture. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to define scalable AI patterns, reference architectures, and governance frameworks for responsible AI adoption.

The role emphasizes enterprise AI governance, platform strategy, and secure, cost-aware AI operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional preferred; ML Specialty preferred.
• Responsible AI / AI Governance certification preferred.
• 10+ years in software development or architecture with at least 5 years in AI/ML.
• Experience defining enterprise AI patterns, model integration, and orchestration in cloud or distributed systems.
• Experience establishing AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience defining AI platform strategies and integration patterns for enterprise systems.
• Experience implementing AI operations (MLOps/LLMOps) including deployment, monitoring, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture strategy and reference architectures.
• Establish AI architecture patterns for generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, and service integration.
• Develop AI governance frameworks, guardrails, and security controls for compliant AI use.
• Define AI platform strategy and evaluate providers, tooling, and orchestrations.
• Create AI integration patterns linking capabilities with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Develop and promote Agentic AI architectural patterns and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance across projects and products.
• Oversee AI operations practices including lifecycle management, monitoring, and observability.
