Job summary

Mindlance is seeking an experienced Applied AI Engineering Lead to drive enterprise-scale Agentic AI solutions, including LLMs, multi-agent systems, and cloud-native architectures.

The role partners with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver AI-powered platforms that improve operations, knowledge management, and incident handling, while establishing governance and engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field with proven delivery of enterprise AI solutions.
• 10+ years of software engineering and enterprise solution delivery experience.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and modern application development.
• Experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in large enterprises.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AI architectures leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and RAG.
• Develop autonomous AI agents and intelligent workflows for incident management and knowledge management.
• Architect and deploy AI solutions on Azure, with CI/CD and MLOps practices.
• Lead onshore and offshore engineering teams and establish AI engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align AI strategy with business goals.
