Persistent Systems Limited, a leading AI-driven digital engineering partner, seeks an AI Architect to design enterprise-scale, agentic AI architectures powered by LLMs/SLMs and autonomous agents. The role emphasizes governance, safety, and scalable modernization across data and platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to craft multi-agent workflows, define patterns, and guide implementation, architecture reviews, and strategic advisory engagements.

Qualificações

• Experience architecting enterprise AI platforms in regulated environments.
• Experience designing supervisory AI systems with governance and compliance controls.
• Strong understanding of AI risk management, explainability, and policy frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture and design principles, plan technical roadmaps.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI use cases aligned to business goals.
• Architect autonomous agent platforms with governance and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Design multi-agent systems leveraging planning, memory, and tool-calling capabilities.
• Define agent communication and interoperability frameworks.
