Job summary

Fisher Phillips, LLP is seeking an Applications Trainer to join the Technology Transformation team in Atlanta. The role focuses on designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining training for the firm's applications, with responsibility for ChatGPT Enterprise and approved AI tools.

The ideal candidate combines instructional design skills with strong presentation abilities and hands-on experience training business users on enterprise applications and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years training enterprise AI platforms, incl. ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Experience creating engaging training materials and user guides.
• Ability to translate complex tech to non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering in-person and virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain training for firm applications.
• Train on ChatGPT Enterprise and AI tools with practical use cases.
• Collaborate with IT and practice groups to identify learning needs.
• Conduct new user and rollout trainings; provide coaching.
• Create clear, user-facing documentation and FAQs.
• Measure training impact and refine content accordingly.
• Ensure training aligns with firm policies and data privacy.
