Job summary

Sierra is seeking an Agent Product Manager to partner with engineers and customers to build and deploy AI agents that handle thousands of conversations daily. You will engage with executives to uncover needs, demonstrate Sierra’s agent capabilities, and overcome technical challenges in business processes.

You will shape the product roadmap with engineering and product teams and translate customer insight into scalable features, ensuring an optimal experience for our enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in product development of highly technical products.
• Past experience in Product Management or similar senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents handling thousands of conversations daily.
• Engage with customers across levels to discover requirements and demonstrate Sierra’s agent solutions.
• Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product teams to implement new features.
