Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer – Enterprise AI to lead production AI agents across the enterprise, working closely with senior stakeholders to translate business problems into measurable AI products. You will design, build, and ship agents on Bedrock AgentCore and Databricks, ensuring governance, security, and ROI alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical product roles, with a record of delivering customer- or stakeholder-facing solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building, deploying and supporting LLM-based applications, including at least one agentic system running in production — ideally on Amazon Bedrock / Bedrock AgentCore or a comparable platform.
• Strong proficiency in Python; working knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Working data literacy — SQL and comfort operating in a lakehouse environment (Databricks preferred)
• Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or large-scale consumer e-commerce preferred
• Change management and user enablement experience driving adoption of new tooling at enterprise scale preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into defined agent products with measurable ROI.
• Design, build, and deploy production AI agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and Databricks, with secure, observable, and cost-efficient delivery.
• Lead product thinking and governance alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and cybersecurity standards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Operations to ensure governance, privacy and compliance.
• Define success metrics and build evaluation harnesses (offline and online) for each agent.
• Drive adoption through training, demonstrations, and clear value articulation to executive audiences.
