Job summary

UMATR is expanding its engineering team to design, build and deploy AI-powered agents for healthcare enterprises. You will work with LLMs, Voice AI, prompt engineering and agentic workflows to create systems capable of handling complex conversations and structured tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with a full‑stack background.
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience building LLM applications, NLP systems or AI agents in production.
• Experience developing AI agent workflows, including prompt engineering and structured conversation flows.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation, agent orchestration and conversational AI.
• Experience with AI testing, evaluation or QA frameworks.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy LLM‑powered conversational and Voice AI agents.
• Build agentic workflows, including prompts, conversation flows and state management.
• Develop AI evaluation and testing frameworks to improve accuracy, consistency and reliability.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to translate requirements into working AI solutions.
• Optimise agent performance through testing, monitoring and production feedback.
• Develop structured scoring systems, guardrails and conversation logic.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve AI capabilities.
