GenScript Biotech Corp. in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI Agents and integrations across ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems.

You will build capabilities such as task planning and workflow orchestration using large language models, and collaborate with product teams to deploy solutions in real-world environments. Requirements include a Master’s degree in CS/AI or related field, 3+ years in software engineering, and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years work experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience in large language model application development, with an understanding of prompt engineering and function calling.
• Hands-on experience with Agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and common enterprise system integration methods.
• Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Supervisor: Head of AI for Industry, Digital & Intelligent Technology Center

Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite)

Compensation: Targeting $150,000 - $180,000 based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with complex workflow orchestration, multi-Agent collaboration, or private deployment of large language models.
