GenScript USA Inc. in New Jersey invites an Enterprise AI Agent Development Engineer to join our AI & Industry team onsite in Piscataway. You will design, develop, test, and optimize enterprise AI agents that automate cross‑system business processes.

You will leverage LangGraph and Agent Scope, integrate with ERP/CRM, and work with product teams to deploy real-world solutions. Master’s degree plus 3+ years, Java and Python proficiency, and Mandarin/English collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above and at least 3 years work experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; Java and Python proficiency.
• Experience in large language model development with prompt engineering knowledge.
• Hands-on with LangGraph and Agent Scope.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and enterprise integration.
• Strong system design, problem-solving, and collaboration.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English for stakeholder collaboration.

Job Title: Enterprise AI Agent Development Engineer

Supervisor: Head of AI for Industry, Digital & Intelligent Technology Center

Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite)

Compensation: Targeting $150,000 - $180,000 based on experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and continuously optimize enterprise AI Agents.
• Build capabilities such as task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration using large language models.
• Integrate AI Agents with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems, to automate cross-system business processes.
• Develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and Agent tools.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI Agent solutions in real-world enterprise scenarios.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years work experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience in large language model application development, with an understanding of prompt engineering and function calling.
• Hands-on experience with Agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and common enterprise system integration methods.
• Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing and deploying enterprise AI Agent solutions.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, or order management systems.
• Familiarity with MCP, OAuth 2.0, SSO, and RBAC.
• Experience with complex workflow orchestration, multi-Agent collaboration, or private deployment of large language models.
