Accenture PLC seeks an AI Native Engineer to design, build, and run agentic workflows within complex enterprise settings. You’ll partner with clients to define use cases, prototype rapidly, and deploy scalable AI agents that integrate across platforms.

You will embed with customers as technologist and trusted advisor, shaping architectures, instrumentation, and governance while delivering robust, secure agentic solutions across industries such as finance, healthcare, and retail.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years building cloud-native solutions and AI-focused platforms.
• At least 1 year designing agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, RAG) in production.
• 5+ years Python/Java experience; strong observability and logging.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Aufgaben

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with orchestration and observability.
• Integrate AI platforms across providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI).
• Develop cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices.
• Lead client workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions.
• Measure agent performance, latency, safety, and cost.
