Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with a decade of software engineering experience to design and deploy enterprise AI agents. You will embed with clients, shaping use cases, prototyping agentic workflows, and delivering secure, scalable systems across complex enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategies, integrate multiple AI platforms, and drive observability and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with end-to-end software engineering and SDLC expertise.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in cloud-native systems and APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and AI model tooling; strong debugging and observability skills.
• Experience leading workshops, guiding multi-provider AI platforms, and delivering under ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native deployment (CI/CD, IaC) and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tooling, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: build abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless multi-provider workflows.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic apps for finance, healthcare, retail, and other industries.
• Client Engagement: lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Measure & Improve: define metrics, run evaluation plans, monitor latency, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: craft reusable patterns and docs to influence assets and client roadmaps.
