NiCE is seeking a talented engineer to architect and operate production-grade conversational AI agents that fuel growth across major industries. You will own the lifecycle from pilot to deployment, collaborating with decision-makers at leading enterprises to solve complex problems with agentic AI.

You will work with cutting-edge models and toolchains, shaping the platform and product roadmap, and delivering scalable solutions in production environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
• Startup founder or early engineer experience is highly valued.
• Experience developing or operating AI/LLM-powered systems in production.
• Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and Go is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents that power growth.
• Operate live, scalable agentic AI systems across sectors like financial services, healthcare, and commerce.
• Own the entire AI agent lifecycle from pilot through launch and refinement.
